When can I expect my check?

As per our Property Management Agreement, all payments are sent no later than the 15th of each month.

What happens if a tenant is late?

Your payment is disbursed as it is collected. If a tenant is late, we assess a late fee. Late fees are considered additional rent and are remitted to you as collected.

How do you handle repairs?

You can handle your own repairs or we can handle them for you.

Do you allow me to find my own vendors for repairs?

We have a wonderful list of qualified vendors, but we will work with anyone you wish.

I have a property I might want you to manage. What should I do?

Just give us a call! We are always looking for more properties. We are happy to look at your house, tell you what we think it will rent for and review the Property Management Agreement.
